How to reach the Workshop venue

Public Transportations

From "Roma Termini" it is possible to reach the workshop venue by taking the Metro Line B, direction "Laurentina", and getting off at the subway stations "Basilica S. Paolo" or "Marconi", both on line B. From there you can walk to the workshop site. Metro tickets cost 1.50 €.

If you take the local train FR1 from Fiumicino Airport, you can either both get off at "Roma Ostiense" and take then the Metro Line B to "Basilica S. Paolo" or "Marconi", or otherwise you can get off at "Roma Trastevere", and take from there the bus 170. Bus tickets cost 1,50 €.

Taxi

The Comune di Roma (Rome Council) has set up a fixed tariff for taxis from Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports to inside the city walls. The tariff is 48 € from Fiumicino and 30 € from Ciampino (maximum 4 people with baggage included in the tariff).
The number to call for a taxi is +39 06 0609.
Licensed taxis are white with the sign Taxi on the car roof, and have a meter inside. Avoid taxi drivers who approach you. You should look for them at the taxi stands. If you try to stop a taxi on the road do not get upset if they do not stop. They rarely do.

Shuttle

There are also some shuttle services From/To Fiumicino Airport and From/To Ciampino Airport like BusShuttle, or Terravision

For information on times and ticket prices we advise you to connect to the railway company site Ferrovie dello Stato, where after registering you can also buy tickets on-line and pick them up on the train itself.
